About TitleTab
Why we build TitleTab
Bookmarks turned into an archive people file things into and never return to. We want the browser start page to feel like a desktop again.
Over the years a browser collects hundreds of saved links, yet most people regularly open 20–30 sites. The rest sits as dead weight in folders whose names stopped meaning anything.
We recognize sites by sight — by logo, color, screenshot — not by a line of text in a drop-down list. That is why TitleTab shows what you saved as tiles: you spot them at a glance, drag them around, group them into folders and split them across spaces — work, study, home.
A new tab opens dozens of times a day. That spot is far too prominent to hand over to ad blocks, news feeds and someone else's recommendations. It should belong to you.
Our goal is that the path from “opened a tab” to “I am on the site I needed” takes one glance and one click.
The problems we solve
Six principles that everything else in the product grows from.
Remove the extra steps
The site you need is on the first screen: visual tiles, a pinned bar and search across what you saved rather than across the whole internet.
Keep contexts apart
Work, study and personal life do not mix: every activity gets its own space with its own set of sites and its own look.
Be the same everywhere
One account — the same start page in the browser on your computer, in the app on your phone and on a tablet.
Never trade on your attention
No ads, no recommendation feeds and no sharing data with third parties. We do not make money from your attention.
Never lock your data in
Your data belongs to you: you can export it at any moment, and we keep nothing unnecessary on our servers.
Make it beautiful
Wallpapers, live backgrounds, tile size and themes: a start page has to be likeable, otherwise nobody will use it.
TitleTab in numbers
Three things we consider central to the service: comfortable spaces, artwork that needs no manual work, and a clean page without ads.
How people use TitleTab
The scenarios we see most often — from a single browser to a shared family computer.
Separate work from personal life
Most people add a second space in the first week: work services on one side, home sites on the other. Switching takes one click.
Open it on two devices or more
On the phone in the morning, at the computer during the day, on a tablet in the evening. Synchronization is exactly as deep as it needs to be: nothing has to be moved by hand.
Pin the tabs that matter
Everything important lives in the pinned bar. Always in sight, unchanged as you switch between spaces.
Publish a personal landing page
An address like titletab.com/name replaces the “link in bio”: projects, social profiles and materials collected on one living page that search engines can find.
Use private spaces
Finances, documents and personal subscriptions move into a hidden space: it stays out of the general list, and a password opens it for 15 minutes.
Share an account with family or a team
One account for everyone: shared sites, shared spaces and synchronization across devices. Handy for a family, a startup or a small team.
What we are working on now
The big steps just ahead — the reason we ask you to keep an eye on us.
Safari extension
soonThe extension is already available for Chrome, Edge and Firefox. We are now building the Safari version so we can be with Apple users on every kind of device.
Safer browsing
soonA warning before you follow a saved link that leads to a site flagged as unsafe. We want TitleTab to be not only convenient but also safe.
Full interface localization
The interface already speaks 12 languages. We keep translating the service and adding new languages to be closer to users all over the world.
Give it a try
TitleTab works without registration: open it, add your first sites — they are saved right in this browser. You only need an account once you want synchronization across devices.
