1. About these Terms and acceptance
These Terms of Service apply to titletab.com, the TitleTab web application, including its installed version (PWA), official TitleTab browser extensions, and other service features. TitleTab is operated by the service administration, referred to below as “TitleTab”, “we”, or the “Administration”.
By creating an account or starting to use TitleTab, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you use TitleTab for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You must have the legal capacity required by applicable law. If you need consent from a parent or another legal representative to accept these Terms, you may use the service only after obtaining that consent.
Personal data processing is governed by the separate Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of the rules for using the service.
2. Service and features
TitleTab provides tools for organizing quick access to websites. Available features depend on the mode of use, device, browser, and availability of individual integrations.

The current version of TitleTab is provided free of charge and has no user subscriptions or built-in payments. If paid features are introduced, their price, term, payment, renewal, and cancellation rules will be shown before purchase and, where necessary, governed by separate terms.
3. Account and security
You agree to:
- provide a valid email address and not impersonate another person or an unauthorized representative of an organization;
- keep account information current and protect the confidentiality of your password and access to your devices;
- not transfer your account to others and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access;
- not create accounts or use sign-in methods to evade restrictions, safeguards, or measures previously applied.
Actions performed after valid authentication are treated as actions of the account owner until TitleTab receives a substantiated report of compromise. This does not release us from investigating the incident and applying available safeguards.
A hidden-space password is an additional access-control measure, but it does not replace the account password or provide end-to-end encryption. Do not use hidden spaces to store passwords, payment data, or other secrets.
4. User content
“User content” means saved links, names, descriptions, images, appearance settings, imported data, support messages, reviews, and other material you add or create through TitleTab.
You retain your rights in your content and are responsible for its lawfulness, accuracy, and required permissions. By uploading or saving material, you confirm that you may use it in that way and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
You grant TitleTab a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to store, technically transform, copy, and transmit content only as needed to provide selected features, backup, protection, and your requests. This license does not transfer ownership of the content to TitleTab.
For a public space or published review, the license also covers displaying and distributing the material through the public address, CDN, and service interface until it is hidden or deleted. Technical cached copies may remain for a limited time after publication ends.
Before deleting your account, you may export supported content as TitleTab JSON or browser bookmarks. Export formats, included data, and import restrictions may change as the service evolves.
5. Public material and moderation
Publishing a space is an intentional user action. Its name, description, public identifier (nickname), links, titles, images, and appearance become available to any visitor and may be indexed by search engines. A public identifier must be unique and may not match service, misleading, or reserved TitleTab addresses.
Reviews are moderated before publication, and submission does not guarantee publication. We may reject or remove a review, public space, or material if it violates the law, these Terms, third-party rights, or creates a reasonable risk to users or the service.
Moderation may include removing material, ending public access, releasing a misleading address, or restricting a feature. We consider the nature, consequences, and recurrence of the violation and whether a less restrictive measure is available. Where the law requires reasons, they are provided unless doing so would interfere with security, an investigation, or a binding request.
You can report allegedly unlawful material or appeal a decision through support or the Contact us page. Include the public address, disputed material, grounds for the request, and information supporting your rights.
6. Acceptable use
When using TitleTab, you must not:
- violate the law, intellectual property, privacy, dignity, reputation, or other rights of third parties;
- publish malware, phishing pages, fraudulent material, threats, incitement to violence, or content unlawful in the relevant jurisdiction;
- impersonate TitleTab, its staff, support, a payment service, or another person, including through a public address;
- gain unauthorized access to accounts, hidden spaces, servers, APIs, or data, test other people’s passwords, or bypass technical safeguards;
- create excessive automated load, scan or interfere with the service, or evade request limits, quotas, moderation, or interface restrictions;
- use direct file-storage links as standalone hosting, distribute spam, or collect other users’ data without a lawful basis;
- assist or attempt any of the activities listed above.
Reasonable use of ordinary features, personal export, and browser interoperability is not a violation. Technical limits may be applied for security, stability, and fair resource allocation.
7. Third-party services, links, and AI
TitleTab can save and open third-party websites, send a query to a selected search engine, sign in through Google, use voice input, retrieve page metadata, and run AI import. Those services operate under their own terms and policies; TitleTab does not control their content, availability, or subsequent data processing.
You assess the safety of a saved URL and the consequences of opening it. A tile, logo, favicon, screenshot, or site description in TitleTab is not our endorsement, partnership, owner verification, or guarantee that the resource is safe.
AI import converts submitted text into a draft link structure. Results may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or contain incorrect URLs. Before saving or using a result, check the links and names and ensure you have rights to the source material.
If a third-party integration changes, becomes unavailable, or ends, the related TitleTab feature may be temporarily restricted, changed, or disabled without ending the rest of the service.
8. Rights in TitleTab
TitleTab, its software, interface, design, original text, graphics, databases, and marks are protected by applicable law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose while the Terms remain in effect.
This right does not permit selling access, copying or distributing substantial parts of the interface or database, using the TitleTab brand to imply a partnership, or decompiling or bypassing protection, except where mandatory law expressly permits it.
Names, logos, images, and other materials from third-party websites belong to their respective rightsholders. Displaying them to organize links transfers no rights in those materials to either the user or TitleTab.
9. Service operation and changes
We aim to keep TitleTab available and secure but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Availability may be affected by maintenance, updates, network, browser or device failures, cloud infrastructure, or third-party integrations.
We may add, change, or discontinue features, limits, import and export formats, compatibility requirements, and appearance where needed for development, security, legal compliance, or reasonable resource management.
Where possible, we will give reasonable advance notice of a material change that significantly reduces access to a core feature. Advance notice may be omitted to address an urgent threat, comply with law, or respond to circumstances beyond our control.
If applicable consumer law gives you a right to end the contract because of a materially adverse change, you may exercise it within the period provided by law. You may delete your account through the account area at any time.
10. Restriction and termination
You may stop using TitleTab at any time, delete local browser data, and delete your account through the account area. We recommend exporting needed content first. Data deletion and final deletion of the service archive after 30 days are described in the Privacy Policy.
We may temporarily restrict a feature, remove public material, or suspend account access for a breach of section 6, a material or repeated breach of other terms, a security threat, a lawful request, or the need to protect users and infrastructure.
Where a breach can be remedied and there is no urgent risk, we aim to offer a reasonable opportunity to correct it before fully ending access. Measures should be proportionate to the nature and consequences of the breach. You may ask support to review a decision.
Termination does not affect provisions on content rights, intellectual property, liability, dispute resolution, or other terms that by their nature continue after termination.
11. Warranties and liability
TitleTab is provided as a digital service in its current condition. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that any third-party website, automatically retrieved metadata, AI output, logo, screenshot, or search result will be accurate, safe, available, or suitable for a particular purpose.
You are responsible for backing up important content, checking URLs and import results, securing devices, and the consequences of voluntary publication. Anonymous data after browser storage is cleared and public copies held by independent third parties may be unrecoverable or beyond TitleTab’s control.
To the extent allowed by applicable law, TitleTab is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, third-party websites or services, or failures beyond reasonable control. This limit does not apply to intentional conduct, gross negligence, harm to life or health, or liability that law does not allow us to exclude or restrict.
Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory conformity guarantees for a digital service, rights to have a lack of conformity remedied, terminate the contract, obtain compensation, or use other remedies granted by applicable law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. The current version appears on this page with a new date. Material changes may also be announced in the interface or by service email. A new version applies prospectively and does not remove mandatory rights that have already arisen.
12. Applicable law, disputes, and contacts
These Terms are governed by the law determined under mandatory conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer, the choice or application of law does not deprive you of mandatory protection under the law of your country of habitual residence.
Before going to court, the parties will try to resolve a dispute through a good-faith exchange of information. This does not restrict your right to apply to a competent court, public authority, or use another remedy available by law.
